5. Transfer of Risk & Ownership

  • Simplified Resolution: You are not required to physically return damaged items. Upon review and verification of the photographic evidence, we will process either a full refund or dispatch a replacement unit at no additional cost to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory Canadian or European laws.

Subject to mandatory statutory consumer rights:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with website usage or product orders.
